Email Extractor Pro is a nifty little tool that lets you extract saved email messages from your hard drive. In other words, you can extract your employees’ emails saved in xml, text, html, or ctt files, and export those emails to a CSV or Excel file. Though there are more than a handful of other tools that let you do the same thing, Email Extractor Pro stands out by the way it gets the job done and also the speed with which it does it. The program can scan both small and large files fairly quickly.
