The Epsilon Program is a fictional sect that the Grand Theft Auto series just loves to poke fun at. The Epsilon Program Screensaver brings you the 12 Tenets of Kifflom, the beliefs of the religion, among them assertions such as the world being 157 years old, or that aliens are present on Earth.

You need to hurry though, because The Epsilon Program Screensaver apparently expires on April 29th, when, some believe, Rockstar will make a brand-new GTA announcement.
