The internet can be a home to both the hilarious and the toxic. People nowadays do not filter what they say and just post anything they have in mind, especially on social media. Tune is a browser extension that lets people set how much toxicity they want to see in the comment section across the internet. It allows users of popular websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Disqus, and Reddit to set the “volume” of conversations and minimize the negative comments.  Users can turn the volume of toxic comments down to a zen mode to block harsh comments or turn it up to see every statement, whether good or bad. You can also set it up in between and customize the level of toxicity such as profanity, attacks, and insults. Tune is still on the experimental stage and may sometime miss hurtful comments or hide non-toxic ones.
